Joe Gormally is the owner of Get Body Wise Personal Training and Corporate Wellness and has over two decades of experience in the health & fitness Industry.  A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Sociology and Coaching.  Joe is a three time All-American, I.H.S.A.A. Champion and a first round runner-up in the  1988 Olympic trials.  He received his national accredited certification as a personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditiiong Association.  He has coached wrestling at the collegiate and high school level since 1983.  He also served as the Personal Safety and Aikido Martial Arts Instructor for the Iowa Department of Correctional Services.
